Miles B. Williams, P.E. ; President / Co-Owner. Miles is a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in Louisiana. He is the current President and Co-Owner of Sigma and is responsible for administration, client relations and general project oversight. He is a 1983 graduate of LSU with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Miles professional experience is specialized in highway design and wastewater collection design.
Michael N. Dooley, P.E., MBA ; Vice-President / Co-Owner. Mike is the founder, Co-Owner and Vice-President for Sigma. He is a Professional Civil and Environmental Engineer licensed in Louisiana and Florida. He is a 1974 graduate of LSU with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a 1980 MBA graduate of Arizona State. He is a civil/structural engineer specializing in bridge design.
Stephen J. Brasuell, P.E.; Vice-President / Co-Owner. Steve is the majority Co-Owner and Vice-President for Sigma. He is a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in Louisiana and Oklahoma. Steve is a 1975 graduate of LSU with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a civil/structural engineer specializing in industrial structural applications.
M. Jeff Broussard, P.E. ; Vice-President. Jeff is a Vice-President and Special Projects Manager for Sigma. He is a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in Louisiana. Jeff is retired from the East Baton Rouge Department of Public Works, where he served as Deputy Director and Chief Engineer before his retirement. He is a 1975 graduate of LSU with a B.S. in Engineering Technology. Jeff has an extensive civil engineering background in highways, bridges and wastewater systems.
Gregory P. Sepeda, P.E. ; Chief Engineer. Greg is a civil/structural engineer and serves as Chief Engineer for Sigma. He is responsible for all technical aspects within Sigma. He is a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi. He is a graduate of LSU with a B.S. (1990) and M.S. (2002) in Civil Engineering. Greg has a broad engineering background which includes structural design, bridge design, highway design, hydraulics, hydrology and site development.
M. Gregory Breaux, P.E., P.L.S. ; Vice-President / Land Development / Surveying. Greg is the Chief Land Surveyor for Sigma. He is a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in Louisiana and Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi. He is a 1972 graduate of LSU with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Greg is responsible for subdivision development, boundary and topographic surveying, construction stakeout and site development for Sigma.
Robert J. Lear, P.E., L.S.I. ; Project Manager. Robbie is a project manager for Sigma. He is a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in Louisiana, Mississippi and Minnesota and a Land Surveyor Intern in Louisiana. He is a 1996 graduate of LSU with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Robbie has a diverse engineering and surveying background including highway design, topographic surveying and mapping, GPS control surveying, mapping and modeling, site development, bridge analysis/rating, and environmental permitting.
Jason L. Crain, P.E. ; Project Manager. Jason is a project manager for Sigma. He is a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi. He is a 1998 graduate of LSU with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Jason has an extensive background in hydraulics/hydrology, sewer collection design and analysis, floodplain and drainage impact studies, highway design and traffic analysis.

Jason L.
Lashley, P.E.
; Project Manager. Jason is a project
manager for Sigma. He is a Professional Civil
Engineer licensed in Florida, Alabama and
Mississippi. He is a 1996 graduate of University of
Florida with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering.
Jason has a diverse engineering background in
hydraulics/hydrology, drainage design, site
development, solid waste, environmental permitting
and construction management.

Our CADD specialists are trained in the
latest versions of AutoDesk Land Development Desktop
/ Civil 3D, the primary software
used by Sigma for civil design. We also have
technicians trained in Microstation, ArcGIS and XP-SWMM
modeling software. We take special efforts to ensure
that our staff has the tools to efficiently perform
their jobs, which in turn provides our clients with
unrivaled quality on time and within budget.
